COMPANY PROFILE

Prior to incorporation of FUMISERV., we were carrying out pest control services under Pied Piper Pest Control which was established on 16th March, 1988 with BR NO: AS 09418. The company is holding franchise name of Pied Piper & Co. (M) Sdn.  Bhd., P. Jaya with the undersign as a sole Proprietor. 

Pied Piper Pest Control started initially with two staff in 1988 and was growing steadily each year till August 1993, whereby we had total strength of eight staff. The undersign had the consent of Pied Piper & Co. (M) Sdn. Bhd., to withdraw the franchise to establish a limited company. Hence after much deliberation with total staff commitments, the name FUMISERV ENTERPRISE., was selected unanimously. FUMISERV ENTERPRISE., was incorporated on 09th  January , 2007 with registration PG0190116-X and started full operation on 05th  march 2007.

The concept of incorporating the limited company was to maintain a continuous and strong growth in the company by providing equity and profit sharing to all employees. Such motivation shall pursue to have total staff commitment to enhance personal achievement economically and in line with progress to provide a better services to the pest control industry.

The undersign had been in Pest Control services with 20 years of experience and knowledge in both domestic and agricultural pests problems. Some of the courses attended includes Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia on Pests and Diseases (1981) and Asian Plant Quarantine and Fumigation (1988). Other valuable exposure on short courses and internal training programmed was attended and conducted during my tenure of services with previous companies.

After years of knowledge and experiences in Pest Control services and majoring in Fumigation, I was duly license (License No. 079/2007) as a competent Person by the Ministry of Health as a Licensed fumigator to carry out such Fumigation as provided under the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Ordinance 1953 of the Federation of Malaya as Amended by the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Ordinance 1958 (Reference Fumigation with Methyl Bromide).

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES :

Our main business activities are concentrated solely in Pest Control services which includes :-

1. GENERAL PEST CONTROL : Extermination and control/Maintenance of such pests as Subterranean Termites, Cockroaches, Common Ants and Rodents. We also control and exterminates ‘Seasonal Pests’ such as flies, Mosquitoes, Bees, Snake and Beetles etc. Areas of coverage include Commercial Centers, Factories, Residential Houses, Hotels etc warehouses.
2. CHEMICAL SOIL TREATMENT : Chemically treating the soil during stages of construction for protection against Subterranean Termites of new development on houses, factories etc.
3. FUMIGATION : An act of releasing / dispensing a chemical compound at required temperature and pressure exists in gaseous state in a sufficient concentration to be lethal to pest organism. Mainly for stored Products Pests, Timber Products, Containers, Household items, Ships, Aircraft etc to be handled by Licensed Fumigators.

We support these Good Practice Procedures through an extensive set of Good Practice Guidelines that cover everything from Health and Safety on customer premises, to the fundamentals of environmental pest control, to using water wisely. Everyone at Fumiserv, from Service Technicians out in the field to senior management, demonstrates a firm commitment to Social Responsibility and environmental pest control by putting our good practice guidelines into action on a daily basis.
